rocking chair

Has anyone built the rocking chair that was in wood magazine a couple of
months ago? I dicided to build one out of white oak and it turned out
pretty fair so i donated it to our church fall festival to be auctioned off.
To my amazment the high bid was $1800. I was shocked to say the
least. Here is a picture of the finished rocker.
