problems with laser

I started having problems with my laser.
I renstall the driver and software.
Has anyone out there had any of these problems.

What brand and model laser is it? Knowing that will help people help you.

Without knowing the brand - I would guess that your problem is within the encoding part of your system. Be sure that the encoder is clean as well as the other important parts of your laser.
