I'm gonna guess it's Paris Hilton's chihuahua resting in her bosom.

Fruitbat. Or possibly a fox head.

I'd go with the chihuahua, but not on Paris Hilton's breast but on a pair of human lungs outside of the body cavity!

Hmmm..
It looks like the buttocks of someone bent over in pain, trying to pass a large, smiling fruit bat!:D

Thanks all for the efforts, but sorry, no cigars. I would have been surprised if anyone caught it. I had a CAT scan last Sep and the image engraved on Black Cherry wood is from one of the slices of my pelvis area from the front. It takes 270 slices to go front to back. I'm able to see each slice but my program doesn't allow me to assemble and rotate it. Thanks for participating.

You'll walk a lot more comfortably after you get that chihuahua taken out.

Well, Ray, if your lungs are in your pelvis you got a big problem. :D
Seriously, hope everything is okay.
