Bench Dog Router Lift - Need a favor

I'm trying to determine if the Bench Dog lift will fit in my existing router top. However, I cannot find two important dimensions in the online literature and am asking for some help from current owners for dimensions A and B shown below.

Jeff, dim A= 1.545, dim B= 4.425, +/- .010
