Clifton 2 piece chip breaker questions

I am considering getting some Clifton chip breakers for my #4 and #4 1/2. How well do they work as a chip breaker? Do they really make touch up honing easier?

I have a few CBs and a Clifton plane and they are not really made to the right lenght..

In most you have to have a large blade exposer like 1/8" not 1/32" or have you depth nut cranks way way down..

I would get a LN or Hock

You can tune the blade but being short puts the kabash on them for me...

I have them on some some Bedrocks. They are good, however, I like the LN breaker on my 4 1/2 better.
