I am looking for a new type of Ipe deck fastener- saw it in a magazine or online but can't find it now. Looked on Google, but no luck.
It is a metal bracket that screws down to the joists between the deck planks like the "Ipe Clip" and the "EB-TY" brands but does not need a groove or biscuit slot like those. It is all stainless steel and has flat spikes on both sides. You just hammer it (drive the spike) into the side of the first plank, screw it to the joist, then drive the next plank into place (onto the other spike.)
Anybody know the name, manufacturer, or have a link? Thanks.
