Got some goodies yesterday to finish getting the saw into a useful state. It was functional out of the box, but IMO it requires a few odds and ends to make for better results.

A good little video. I would love to have seen it cut wood. How good is it at resawing?

I have only put through about 3" tall hard maple on the resaw. No issue there, even with the stock blade. It is 3/4HP, so with a good blade and taking my time I don't think it will have an issue even at full capacity (6"). My jointer is 6in and jointing is necessary after resaw (from what I have seen), so all indications are it is fine for my resaw needs.

As indicated in the review I don't know that this is the saw for a riser and resaw of larger items. There are better and more powerful saws for that.
