refrectory table

Hey folks,

I know this table exists, however I can't find any articles, plans, or information about it. I tried Fine Woodworking (it is mentioned in one article but that's it), Woodworking Magazine and have looked through dozens of books.

Used in monestaries, this table expands on the ends by pulling out a leaf from under the top.

I have someone who wants me to make her one, but it would sure be easier if I could find some plans or even a photo to go by.

I found an article on your table by doing a google.

BTW, google thinks it is spelled "refectory." OTOH, I might be chasing the wrong thing.:eek:

BTW, I found one on Guy Chaddocks Website. they call it an English Refectory table.
