Mom has asked about some kind of a storage cabinet for her closet. I am not in on the particulars (she asked dad), so I don't know if it is a drawer, or shoe rack (both I know have been discussed before) or what else she has in mind.

Dad LOVES pocket screws, and for either of these, they should be fine. But I remember reading about cedar reacting to different screw materials (haven't played with it). What material of screws is needed? Anyone seen it in pocket screws?

Thanks (I thought I read something about this before, but couldn't turn up anything with the search).

Indoor applications are generally not a problem for screw materails. Stainless screws are generally receommended for avoiding staining of Western Cedar when used out doors.
