First I want to thank everyone who chimed in on my last thread and for giving me some good ideas for my next little project.
This bowl is 8" x 1 3/4" and was a cutoff from some 8/4 walnut I had around. I threw some BLO on the inside for the pics but I still need to finish the rest. Half way through turning it I decided to keep it so I did leave the foot because that is just my personal preference. The little dot on the bottom is how I sign my bowls (in case you were wondering.) This was a fun little turning and did provide a 3 hour vacation from the f work:)
Thanks for looking, comments and critiques welcome.

Great looking walnut bowl. I really like the rim treatment. Well done.

Why do your recesses always look so much better than mine? Nice bowl, Jess! I think this is my favorite inlay combo from you so far.

Good looking bowl Jess! Very nice form but the wood steals the show! Really nice work!

Thank you for the kind comments. I cannot enlarge the pics when I click on them. Is there a secret? Any one else have this problem?
Thanks
