Hi,
long time lurker, finally joined to ask an odd question. I am having some customer service issues with Oneida Air and was wondering if anyone knew who the customer service manager is, since I would like to write him/her a good old fashion letter. I tried calling and asking but got put on hold. I might have been too impatient when I hung up after being put on hold. I saw that Jim had posted some pictures from a recent Oneida visit and was hoping he or someone else would be able to tell me who to send my letter to.
