Steel City Lathe

Hello,

I just read a post on the Nova Owners group on msn, and the scoop is that in Atlanta over the weekend, Steel City unveiled a new lathe. 20" swing, with a modified Nova DVR XP motor/headstock. I did not see it myself, just passing along the word. Sounds like it might be an interesting addition to the option for full size lathes. I have no idea of the price, and it is not on their web site yet.

I have also heard rumors that SC was about to release a new lathe. I would like to see it up close. I love the SC tools I have and the customer sevice is A-1 in my book. Its hard in this date and age to find a company that will stand behind the products they make. :D
