dHere is a French Rolling pen based on my son's specific instructions (He's the chef in the family). He said he'll want to make his own later.

This is made out Curly Cherry. It is 1 3/4" in the middle thick and is 16" long.

Walnut oil dried out then our food safe wax we make.

Doesn't Walnut Oil get rancid like other nut oils?

With the stuff I'm using, I've not had any problems. But then It probably helps that I rub in afterward the wax formula that has a mineral oil base.

it's a rolling PIN..... very beautiful!!!!!! i bet the tv chefs woul just love to show that off on their shows.... !!!!! thanks for posting....:D
