Has anyone replaced the brushes in this kind of drill and if so how? are there instructions somewhere? I called the service center and they sell the brushes for about 3.50 each but have a $25 minimum labor charge... Seems like it should be pretty simple but taking the back cap off and looking at it, it doesn't jump out at me as being as simple as it should be.
