Maria - cherry is some of my favorite wood to turn - great looking, great smelling and holds details well. So, while I really like the cherry bowls I have to admit that the sweetgum bowls steal the show! Reminds me of some of the spalted white birch I get up here - beautiful wood! Very nice work on all the bowls! Looking forward to seeing more!

One suggestion - you can post larger photos so that we can appreciate more of the details of your turnings. Max size for jpgs are 107.8 Kb and we usually limit the pix to 800x600 but you are not strickly held to that .

Nice Maria, the spalted sweetgum is my favorite wood of the ones you show, it looks very nice, too bad we don't have any growing up here that I'm aware of :( , and yes please make the pictures bigger, I love to be able to see them better, thanks for showing Maria :D:D
