Well, this is more a report, since I don't believe in gloating over tool purchases as it requires no real skill, but....
Thanks to a tip on the BT3Central Bargain Alerts forum, I just came home with a Rigid BS1400 from HD for $149. It was an HD demo unit and probably the last grey BS1400 in the D/FW area.
Did Rigid switch manufacturers, or are the new HD orange tools the same critter in a different skin?
