I thought this came out kinda unique. Measures 6 x 10, buffed shellawax finish.

Interesting form Mike! Proportions are right on! Really like the slanted neck! Must have been nerve racking getting it 'just right'!

Yes, that's a special piece, Mike. And the form you used takes the simple maple grain to the next level! Perfect.
I'd like to see you do another piece nearly identical but with the base coming down with a continuous curve like some of your other hollow vessels, just for contrast. Same top, of course. It would be interesting to compare them!
