Where can I get my hands on a Paralock fence for my Powermatic 66?

Wow - that's gonna be tough. Don't think those have been made in 10 years.
Get a Biesemeyer.

I thought they must have gone out. I could find nothing but used saws that had one on it. How do they differ from T-square fences?

They don't rely on the head assembly for rigidity. I understand the fence was held parallel to the blade by braided steel cables and pulleys mounted under the fence rails, like a parallel rule drafting table.

They have been out of business for a long time. You'll need to consider other options.
Welcome to SMC, by the way!
