After my mishap Saturday, I went at it again Sunday. Here's the result.
Cork Oak NE, 5.5" tall, 6.5" wide, and about .25" thick.

the way you are able to get that bark to stay so long is amazing!

Curtis, The bark stays on pretty good. Sometimes you might knock off a little chip but not too bad. It is cork after all and quite flexible.
