Ever since I first saw the Fein Multimaster Top Kit on DIY Networks' Cool Tools, I've wanted one. However, there was pretty much no way I was going to pull the trigger on the $399.99 price tag. While it seems like a really nice, versatile little kit, that's just too much jack for a glorified profile sander with a few niftly bells and whistles.
So, this morning I get a call from my local Woodcraft store. I had forgotten about it, but about a month ago, I filled out an entry for a store giveaway for one of these kits. Well, you guessed it, they pulled my name out of the bin and a short drive later, and I'm in possession of a new tool that's sure to get a lot of use!
