Shop Notes with Hinge Mort Jig (#74)???

I need to make some hinge mortises and i came across an interesting design for a jig that appeared in Shop Notes Issue #74. Does anyone out there have this issue? My first issue started at #84. Go Figure! Has anyone built this jig?

I built it when the issue arrived. It had an error and I contacted Shopnotes, but never heard if they corrected it. Error is the base blank should be 10" and they show it as 7 1/2". That's the size after cutting off the sliding fence. Anyway I use it and it works fine. Here's an old pic; I glued a small acrylic baseplate to my Rotozip because the original plan was pre bearing mounted mortising bit availability.

so the mortise jig was for a rotozip?
