Need source for Eakes' book on tuning RAS

Does anyone know of a good and inexpensive source for Eakes’ book on how to tune a RAS? Is there possibly a free download source for it?

Hi Louis,

Lee Valley just added Jon Eakes DVD to their website. There is a Pdf copy of the book on it plus video on TS and Miter saws. It costs $9.95, a lot cheaper than trying to find an out of print copy of the book.
