Model 50 6" jointer. Green paint. Good condition w/ a new set of blades.

you can get a new one for less than a thousand, i'd say 300-400 if it's in perfect working order.

I just restored a PM50 of similar vintage. I don't believe there is a 6" jointer of anywhere close to the same quality made today. The bed castings are just massive.

I paid $200 for mine with a 3-phase motor. I had to strip and repaint it, replaced the bearings and bought a few knobs to replace missing ones. I bought a motor from a friend. I estimate I have $400 in it and its now like new.

I bought a gold model 50 used about 10 years ago for $500. Fantastic machine - heavy, accurate, a pleasure to use. If it were only wider.... If I were to sell it today I'd ask $400 and expect to get $300 for it. (These were not hobbiest machines - they were built for cabinet shops.)
