Up until now, I've made these for other people. We never had a place for one. We finally got rid of an old love seat, so LOML decided she wanted a Newfie table to put in the front room. I still need to wipe it down and sray it with lacquer.

Guy, I have a table I made several years ago that is walnut and curly maple. I love the contrast and yours is another perfect example of why. Nice job - beautiful piece.
