Moving a Slider with a HoverPad

I would like to be able to occasionally re-position my slider, which weighs 1500-1600 lbs with a HoverPad. I don't have room to store a pallet jack.

I have talked with the HoverPad people and, although their literature says that a 29"x29" pad will move "at least 1200 lbs" they are non-commital about a slider because of the possible unequal weight distrribution.

Does anyone have any experience with this application?

I think that the HoverPad people probably make a good point. Despite the storage issues, a pallet jack would be the easiest and safest. Perhaps you could do some kind of small shed or store it with a friend?
