no.

iirc and if weare thinking the same stuff....it is made from wheat.

Is made from wheat straw. I use it for counter tops. The straw is naturally waxy, so resists water. Also they use a water proof glue. In 3/4" material, it runs about $6.00 per sheet higher than OSB.
