I need to make a slot in a curved wood frame (for auto glass window restoration) 7/16" deep by 3/8" wide on a router table. I'll doing multiple passes with different size guide bearings for depth, but what's my best bet for the cutter? Does anyone make a wing cutter 3/8" wide? Special order? Thanks, Vince

Quite common. You will find a rabbetting bit made by most of the router bit mfrs. As a set it will include an assortment of bearings and even an assortment oof cutters. A slot cutter can be purchased for exactly a 3/8" cut.

Thanks John. A little more research and I think I found what I need from Whiteside. BTW: Your website is most excellent. Vince
