How do you space the text in corel draw when doing a plaque to even space and make it look decent. Thanks for all the help

Don, if I understand the question right, click on the text, click the shape tool, place the cursor on the little arrows at the bottom right, left click and drag.

We do everything in excel and then copy it into corel. That way the formatting is nice. Then all you need to do is stretch it to fit the template that you have.

Don, You need to do it with the text formating docker. You can use that to set all of your spacing. If you are talking even alignment between the lines, you have to break the text apart then go in to the distribute docker and use that.

There are a number of ways to manipulate text in Corel without resorting to outside programs.

One is to type or import the text, click on the text tool and go to paragraph formatting. This will allow you to line space, character space and word space with precision.

You can always select all text then shift C to center it all vertically.

You can highlight a particualr character and change the font or size. by using the shape tool you can position characters where ever you want them and there's a lot more.

If you want to import a document then change it to artistic text you need to save it as a text file then you can copy and paste and edit.
