I realized today that I had 9 messages on my business line from calls coming since last Wednesday evening. Call Notes usually visually alerts me to these by flashing a red light on my phone and audibly by the special "stutter" dial tone that occurs when I pick up the phone. Anyone ever have this situation before? I made a change to my SBC service last Wednesday to add CALLERID, and the problem started then. I'm thinking it's an SBC error (finger-check), but figured I'd enlist the opinions of the collective masses to get a second opinion. SBC's 24 hour business support line will open again tomorrow at 8am...( :confused: ) so I can't talk to them until then.
