That might be typical after, oh, say...a 14 hour flight in coach...

Now that I'm 50+... seems like it's all the time.

Time for my nap.

The solution to this dilemma is quite easy and certainly enjoyable.

Consume massive quantities of ice cream - very fast.

The resultant brain freeze will prevent brain numbness from occurring.

Isn't it amazing, I can remember the first name of the Fuller Brush man, from the fifties, but darned if I can remember where I hid my coffee cup.

Last brain dead episode for me was punching out at work...i have one of those finger doohickeys where I need to punch in my 5 digit code. I do it twice a day every day and I stood there and could not remember the number....:confused::confused:

"I'll have to try this before dipping into my next bottle of Jim Beam!"

Wont work. The JB will just thaw your brain right out again.....

Maybe you could drink the JB before eating the ice cream preventing the brain freeze?

Enough JB and you don't care what your brain's doing wrong.

Get out the blender, add some JB, some ice cream, more JB, a bit of chocolate syrup, MORE JB. Now, put the lid on and push a button, any button will do as long as it is on the blender. Turn off power, get a big straw - no one wants what you're having anyway - grap a remote to something entertaining and enter the zone. I call it the chill zone........
