Buffing Wheels

I have been searching for Buffings wheel for a buffing system that I bought as an auction but have not been successful so far so I thought I might ask for some help from the people here. I need soft cotton wheels that are at least 10 - 12 inches in diameter with a 1 inch arbor hole. I have searched the internet for several days and I can find the size I need but I cannot find the arbor size or the soft cotton in combination. Any help would be appreciated.

If you already have the buffing wheels with that sized arbor or any others that don't fit your lathe,why not turn a wooden adaptor to fit the wheels
and arbor yourself ? You could start with a large sized dowel and work from there to make the adaptor and make it fit the way you want it to.
