I need to replace the no-brand European style hinges on my MDF kitchen cabinet doors. I have the correctly sized replacement hinges, but the screw holes need to be re-drilled in a different location. The current hinges are screwed into what appears to be plastic anchors (I assume so the screws do not pull out of the MDF). I have looked everywhere and have not been able to find an anchor that small. Can anyone lead me in the correct direction? Thanks

I think you'll have to drill oversized holes, glue in a piece of dowel and redrill for the screw. Dick B.

Carl, I don't think you really need the plastic anchors. The plastic anchors as I understand is to facilitate machine installation of the euro hinges, a machine press the hinge plastic anchor and screws a one time. For manual installation just drill the cup hole pattern and use screws matched to you cabinet material, for instance if your cabinets are MDFyou would use a 5mm euro hinge mounting screw.
