Can't sent job to laser

I am looking for assistance with a pinnacle25watt. For some reason the jobs quiet going to the laser, but they will still go to my printer. Could it be as simple as the cable? Called tech support at signwarehouse to only leave massages or to see the online support is offline. Any assistance is needed Thanks in advance.

Checklist:

Has your laser printer driver munged itself up? Reinstall.

Jobs for your printer are working, so the data is leaving your computer so either:
1) Cable (broken, not in properly at one end or the other)
2) Something in your laser not working.

My money would be on the driver or the cable.

Are You using a USB,serial, or parallel Connection?

Darren's fix is the first thing techs will tell you to do. Remove and reconnect the cable. Reinstall the driver. You may need a new cable.

When you call up the printers on your copmputer and look at the properties what do you see?

Does it show Ready? If Yes then cable could be good.

Are the properties set up properly?
