This is another sycamore bowl from the General Burnside tree. It ended up 10" x 4" with my usual home brew oil finish and renaissance wax. I tried a little different lip this time.

Steve - very nice bowl! I always like when the lip slants - just helps make the bowl different. Beautiful color on this one - nice thickness and finish! Always great when you can preserve a little history at the same time as you turn!

wonderful finish, very 'early americanish' looking. should take on a nice patina in the future. mike

i love a thick bowl like this one...the bottom is very professional and beautiful as well as the inside...the slanted lip is a plus....keep posting!!!
