I often lament having sold my PC557 to a fellow Creeker. I sometimes (not often) need a biscuit or two for edge joining a low stress joint. Usually for a jig or quickie thing-a-ma-bob for the shop.

I found jig plans on Grizzly's site and adapted them for my bits. It is just a piece of 3/4" scrap with an appropriate arc cut in it glued to a piece of hardboard. There is a peep hole (the little one, the big one is to hang it on a peg) to align it with your position mark.

Run a 2" x 5/32" bit with a 7/8" bearing through the arc -

The slot fits great -
