Another tall box/ lidded vessel

This one is Locust with one of those screwy finials. The finial isn't glued in and I'm not sure it will stay with it. 10 1/2" x 3 3/4". Oiled, waxed, and buffed. Finial is dyed maple.

Very nice! That finial is trippy, and I dig that. What brand of dye did you use for the finial? Looks like it did a great job of coloring that maple.

Nice job! I really like the finial; it complements the exotic looking grain of the locust (IMHO it looks exotic). Great looking piece.
