Other than laserbits, I can't find a refill for the pens they sell. I'm looking for other colored ink specifically green and red. Does anyone know of a supplier or a substitute?

I am not sure which pen refill you are looking for, but I have found that the ones I use take a Cross Ink refill. Any office store will have a greater variety of colors and thicknesses. Not sure if this helps, but I tried.

These are the basic cheapy wood pens you find at laserbits, jds, lasergifts, etc. They all have the coltex refills which don't take the cross refills. The coltex have 5 threads while the crosses have 3. I called cross to see if they have something similar, but unfortunately not.

You can try IMark http://www.imark-online.com/item_choose.cfm?listing=QuickSearch&strip=0&ClearListOrder=true&

I use Cross and Parker depending on the pen.

Craig,
I hand turn custom wood pens, I just looked at mine and it does have 5 threads and fits the ones I get from Laserbits. Check out this website

a good one for cheap(er) pen products. They should have what you want. Also they refer to them as cross "style" refills, probably a trademark or patent thing.

Thanks Marty. It's good to hear confirmation that the refills do fit. Now i just gotta find if they have colored ink.
