Hi,

does anybody know a foil (for offset, inkjet or UV printing) suiteable for lasercutting?

Who supplies such a foil?

Thank You!

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, but I'll offer up what I know in case that helps any (and I know little).

Companies like 3M, Avery, Oracal, and anyone else who make vinyl offer up some unique products that might be what you're looking for. The first sample chart I pulled was Oracal and they have a product that says it's "Print Polyester" and it's description is :

"For decorative labels, name and technical places, decorative elements and moldings, and safety stickers. Screen printable and thermal-tranfer compatible."

That is Oracal Series 352 and it comes in transparent, chrome, chrome brushed, gold-coated, matte chrome, and gold gloss.

I don't have the ability to print on that material, and I've never seen it used, so I can't tell you anything about it. It may or may not be what you're looking for. I'm sure other manufacturers offer similar products.
