Comparing Link Belts

I'm getting ready to upgrade the belts on some of my machines, and thought I'd ask this question. Is there any noticeable difference between the belts that say, Grizzly or Harbor Freight sells versus the ones I can get at Rockler, etc.??

no, but make sure you have the rights size belt.

Another thing to watch when you install the link belts is that they are direction sensitive. They will make a lot of noise if you run them backwards. There should be direction arrows printed on the links. Make sure the belt is running with the tabs on the inside leaning back from where they came from not forward. DAMHIKT
