Earlier this year I bought an Xacta Deluxe, the Powermatic PM14 bandsaw and a Jet jointer. All three had minor dings in the finish, and I kept telling myself to contact Jet and see if they would send some touch-up paint.
I finally got around to emailing and quickly got a response to send them the serial numbers of the machines.
Less than a week later, I had two cans of Jet white and one of Powermatic Bronze.
I'm quick to complain about the all too frequent bad customer service experiences I have these days, so it's only fitting to praise the good!
