Mike -

Congratulations on moving this far in the judging. That indicates the thoughtful design and superior craftsmanship you put into the piece. Good luck on the remaining selection process.

My Wife is all excited about the possibility of travelling to Atlanta with the table. I told her now Honey I gotta get through this Round before that can happen, one step at a time. But I gotta admit I'm getting pretty excited too.

Thanks Again

Larry,

It might be the okra too! I sure enjoyed my share of okra the last two weeks that I spent in Arlington, TX!:D

Y'all quit talkin' bad 'bout us Atlanta folk! ;)

Ok, actually I'm considered one of those Yankees that has colorful adjective just before the word Yankee - a label reserved for Yankees that stay here in the south.

Anyway, congratulations Mike and good luck on the next round. Will there be a public event for the finalists here in Atlanta?

Roger,

Just for the record....my youngest son was born in Meridian, MS. I spent 6 of my 8 years in the Navy in the deep south and it has a dear spot in my heart.

I was just "funnin'" ya'll!

Congrats Mike. That table with the carved legs is quite beautiful, but ultimately I went with the one I'd put in my own house, which is yours. :)
