at the dealer. I was able to see it in the crate, I was able to pay for it at the same time and I was thankfully able to leave it with them for a while since my deal on a shop space fell through and I'm scrambling to find a place as quickly as possible. It seems that at every turn there is a well placed kick in the a$$:(.
My saw was sitting in the storeroom next to a half dozen of the old style 650's stacked two high in crates so I understand why they told me that they wouldn't be stocking them for a while but if I wanted one they would order it for me! Maybe General will be offering a blowout deal on them soon?
Now I get a twinge of self-pity every time I turn on the Shopsmith to cut a board knowing what sits bought, paid for and waiting for a home:rolleyes: The pics will come as soon as I can unpack the green giant. "Oh dear William, the pain, the pain..."
