Hi thanks for accepting me and please apologize my english because is not my language.
I hope don't make a mistake posting here but if is, I'm sorry.

I searching for a sharpening stone that we bought in USA several years ago, and we don't remember where.

It's a very high quality stone and we can't find a similar, with that quality, here in my country (Ecuador).

I going to attach 3 photos of the stone and I hope someone maybe can help me to find who sell it and how can I contact this person.

in the 2nd photo please note in the edge of the stone there is furrows
In the 3rd photo the text in blue says "MADE USA" and the number is "03880288"

The width is 1 3/16 inches
the big circle is like 4 inches
the small circle is 3 inch
the hole is 1 3/16
The thickness is 1/2 inch

You can also find the photos here

That looks like a diamond wheel.
These guys will make one for your needs:
http://www.abrasive-tech.com/

Or contact
www.nortonabrasives.com
andtalk to them about a "Cup wheel".

A "Cup Wheel" is what you have in your pictures and to my eye it looks like it's diamond abrasive.
Maybe a CBN cup wheel.

That is an 11A2 cup wheel. The original thickness was probably 1-1/4". The standard hole size is 1-1/4" but you can specify anything (including metric) that your grinder requires. Most likely CBN as it is used on steel (diamond loads up too fast and cracks the resin bond). I am using 125grit. Be sure to specify whether you are dry grinding or using coolant. Where I get mine for my knife grinder is Standard Diamond. Not sure if the 800 number will work from Ecuador. 800-888-4148. fax 708-844-2277. My rep is Dennis Flannigan. I cannot find a website for them.
