I picked up a new 3/4" Delta resaw blade for my bandsaw. Since adding the riser block I did not have a resaw blade long enough for it. I caught a Delta on special on Amazon. I put it in adjusted the blocks and bearings for it. And started cutting a 6" piece of oak.

I pushed the wood through free hand. Tracked absolutely straight, it actually suprised me. So much so, I took it over to the jointer and it only took 2 passes to get it flat. I didn't have to find drift or anything. Just pushed it straight though. I don't know if the blade will last, but I am highly impressed with it. Saw is the 4 speed HF with riser block. It just keeps suprising me even after 6 years.

Isn't it nice when life hands you a pleasent surprise. I have a recently purchased riser block for my old Delta BS. Hope I have your luck after I get around to installation.
