This bowl is from a post oak tree that was hit by lighting and was split right down the middle. Most was split badly but managed to salvage
a few pieces. First piece done on new lathe,7"x4" antique oil.91432

Nice looking bowl Byron! Beautiful wood - great finish! Always nice to have a little history (lightning strike) to go along with the bowl!
