Hello, I have a Wagner conversion gun and am finally ready to give spraying a try. I've read that it is best to spray with a 3/8in line. My compressor is setup for 1/4 right now.
My question is, how far back (towards the compressor) should the 3/8in components go? I have some big block thing attached to the tank, which is attached with a 1/4 fitting to the regulator, which I have attached to a 1/4in air cleaner, then the hose.
I feel like it's best to use a larger 3/8in air cleaner, but what about the regulator and the thing before it? My dust collection experience tells me those are restricting air flow. This is my first compressor, not sure what to do!
