Sump well Question

Any reason why I can't drain a de humidifier into the sump well in the basement:confused::confused:
Pump and well are working fine.

None that I know of Tyler. We always used to drain them to the sump when we were trying to dry out a house for finishes.

That's where ours goes...in fact, that's where the old washer went, too...

Yes. You can even toss your cookie crumbs in there if you need to hide them for a while. ;):D

That's where my parents used to drain theirs. They don't have one any more. The water that comes off it is cleaner than the groundwater that usually goes in there.

Np problem draining the DH to the sump. Mine has a hose connections and the instructions are explicit about being able to drain to a sump, or a barrel with a pump.
