Wooden jaw clamp hardware...?

Highland quit carrying the hard-ware to build your own wooden jaw clamps and I need a set to build a 16" clamp. Does anyone know of a current source for this as I have no intention of paying over $50 for one already made by Jorgenson.

Thanks Jerry.. Curt and Brad. That should do it nicely. I was even thinking of taking a current 10" I have apart and using the hardware by spacing a little farther out with 16" jaws. That would give me 8" depth which is what I need to clamp down a drawer side and use the face as a chisel guide for chopping waste.

That would probably work fine... but it's nice to know of the sources as I sometimes make them for gifts to WW's.

Hey Jerry..... that is an exceptional price on the Adjustable clamps with the site you mentioned. And the weather is the same in Atlanta and has been for several days.. Very hot and very humid. My shop is a two car drive in gararge partially underground with a rear 1/2 basement. The front shop stays about 78* in this weather with a fan as it is pretty well insulated and the house is surrounded by trees. Not to bad really.. but I much perfer fall.. winter and spring as I get older.

Thanks Harry, as I've seen that one before. All my pipe clamps are tied up a I use 60" & 72" quite often. But... I do have 4 wooden jaw 10" sitting around minus one... now. I had a spare set of hardware and can't find it... go figure as I'm sure it will turn up tomorrow.

But tomorrow's too late in this case as one of the 10" is now a 16". I slapped it together to-nite along with new symetrical and asymetrcal curve bows. So... the dirty deed is done at this point.

I've bought a few items from both these place and no problems from either of them. In fact I bought my Jorgy handscrew clamps from 7 Corners back in the Triassic when they were reasonably priced.

FWIW, I have done business with "7 Corners" for many years and I have never had any issues with them.
