This is cocobolo with a canarywood rim. The lid is one of about 10 designs you can get at craftsupplies. It's about 5" x 2" with Briwax and buffed.

Cocobola with the canary is a nice contrast. I also like the form you chose to express the over all piece.

That is a beauty Curt especially with the contrasting woods. I have made several and have orders for 3 more.
