Anyone read the new FWW article on DIY spalted wood? i myself tried this (but with beer and dirt), didnt work so well, now i read you have to go mushroom hunting for dead man;s fingers or whatever they're called. what do you spalted maple maniacs think of this? anyone going to try this one out?
